Jaclyn Zinsmeister is an associate at Carter Morris, LLP. Jackie grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. She attended the University of Houston Law Center where she was a competing member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, a research assistant for the O’Quinn Law Library, a member of the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law, and ultimately graduated with honors.
Jackie’s experience with family law began while clerking for the 247th Harris County District Court, and was furthered by interning with various family law firms in the Houston area, including Carter Morris. Because of her academic excellence in family law courses while in law school, she was awarded the J. Huey O’Toole Scholarship Award.
Jackie was admitted to the Texas State Bar in October of 2020.
